Alter your formal or everyday garments!
Service Description
Ruthie will have you try on your garments, and will tell you which alterations she recommends, how much they cost, and you will decide which pieces to do or not. She will invoice you at that time, and you can pay by Cash, check, card, or Venmo. She will schedule a time and date for your follow up appointment before you leave.
Cancellation Policy
Alterations take time, and sometimes multiple appointments. The Process: - At your first appointment, you will try on the garment, and discuss with Ruthie what you want. She will tell you what is possible, and how much the alterations will cost. - Ruthie will invoice you at that time, for whichever alterations you agree to. - Ruthie will set a Follow up/pick up appointment with you before you leave. Alterations at our shop take about 14 business days to complete (longer for complex garments like wedding gowns). - When you come back for your pick up appointment, you will try the garment on again and confirm if it has addressed the fitting issue to your satisfaction. - If you have concerns, you must bring them up so Ruthie can make any corrections/adjustments needed. We cannot help if you do not communicate.
